small room relentless noise

the breakfast was acceptable , but nothing to write home about.

i booked this room hoping for a peaceful retreat , but i encountered a couple of issues. first , the room i received was not the one i booked. it was far smaller and lacked the promised features , like a proper window or sufficient storage. second , the noise from the street was relentless .

The rooms were exactly as pictured (cozy and inviting). cleanliness was clearly a priority, i noticed. the staff offered helpful city attraction suggestions. i especially liked the proximity to public transportation. It made getting around easy.

The hotel spa required an extra payment.

soft towels delicious breakfast convenient location

The rooms were cleaned daily and the soft towels were a plus. The breakfast was delicious. i found the location very convenient since the tram and bus stations are just a minute away. the hotel even prepared sandwiches for my trip when i checked out at night.
